Director/PDMR Shareholding
Further to the Company's announcement released today regarding a
Placing to raise up to GBP51.5 million and the acquisition of TNT
Business Solutions, Martin Towers, Chairman of the Company, has
confirmed his agreement to participate in the Placing by
subscribing for Placing Shares at the Placing Price, representing
GBP51,000 in aggregate.
Accordingly, following admission of the total number of Placing
Shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise
123,081,086 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights
in Restore following Admission will be 123,081,086.
As a result of the above subscription, Mr Towers will hold
15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the
Company, which will represent approximately 0.01% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement
shall have the same meaning as set out in the Company's
announcement published today under RNS No. 8365I.
