The Restaurant Group plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares:

- Purchase by Andy McCue (Chief Executive Officer) of 20,000 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of GBP2.7775 per share on 15 November 2017; and

- Purchase by Paul Hewitt, who is a PCA of Debbie Hewitt (Chairman), of 17,996 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of GBP2.7783 per share on 14 November 2017.

The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange.
