ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 7 February 2018, Kevin Royal, Managing Director, exercised 7,157 share options. The exercise price of the options is 175p. Kevin Royal then sold 7,157 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 217p per Ordinary Share.
