                           ("SatCom or "the Company")

                             Dividend Announcement


The final proposed dividend of 0.33 cents per ordinary share (approximately 0.16
pence) referred to in the Preliminary Statement of Results for the Year Ended 30
June 2007, will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's AGM on
19 December 2007, on the 21 December 2007.  The ex dividend date is 28 November
2007 and the associated record date is 30 November 2007.
