Purchase of Own Securities

The Board announces that it has, today purchased 5,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p in
the Company at a price of 13p per share, for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 74,190,389 total voting
rights and shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
