Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of 2017 AGM

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

   --     2016 Annual Report & Accounts; 
   --     Circular including the Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting; and 
   --     Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Posting of the documents to shareholders is taking place on 7 April 2017.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company confirms that the 2016 Annual Report & Accounts and the Circular including the Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk.

The 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3pm on Wednesday 3 May 2017 at Arbuthnot House, 7 Wilson Street, London, EC2M 2SN.
