Grant of Options

Tricorn announces that it has awarded the following share options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to Claire Rewbury and John Edgemon, who are both considered to be PDMRs of the Group:-

   Claire Rewbury           400,000 ordinary shares 
   John Edgemon            250,000 ordinary shares

The options, which vest immediately and are in place for 10 years, have an exercise price of 21.5p per share and are pursuant to the terms of the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
