                    Changes to Board of Directors 
 
Cameron McPhail, an existing  director of MW  TOPS Limited, has  been 
appointed as the new chairman  of the Company with immediate  effect. 
 He replaces Sir Andrew  Large, who has retired  from the role  after 
serving two years since the launch of the Company in November 2006. 
 
Dr McPhail was  formerly chief  executive of Royal  Bank of  Scotland 
International Limited (1995-2000) and chief executive of RBS's Wealth 
Management Division (2000-2002).  He is  also chairman of The  Equity 
Partnership Investment Company  PLC and he  sits on the  board of  AP 
Investment Europe Limited.
