The Company received notification on 18th April 2005 that following purchases 
totalling 2,950,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 15th April 
2005, Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, has an interest
in 28,150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 
approximately 13.59% of the Company's current issued share capital. The
