Director's shareholding

The Company was notified today that Nick Haigh, a director of the Company, today
purchased 800,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 7
pence per share.

Following the purchase, Nick Haigh now holds 5,005,100 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 2.42 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
