The Company has today been informed that Kathryn Martin, wife of Richard Martin, Chairman of TPFG, yesterday sold 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a gross price of 150.0p per share (before commissions). Following this sale, Richard and his wife have a total interest in 8,889,950 Ordinary Shares, representing, in total, approximately 34.43 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
