--Two former directors of U.K. supermarket chain Tesco have been acquitted of charges of fraud and false accounting relating to its profit overstatement in 2014, the BBC reports.

--A judge dismissed the case brought by the U.K.'s Serious Fraud Office for lack of evidence and the decision was confirmed by an appeal hearing, according to the BBC.
