U+I REALISES FURTHER GAINS FOLLOWING THE SALE OF ELIZABETH HOUSE IN WOKING

U and I Group PLC (U+I, LSE: UAI or the "Company"), the mixed use regeneration specialist, announces that it has exchanged contracts on the sale of Elizabeth House Building in Woking in the London City Region, realising a profit in excess of GBP3.5 million, in line with the expectations set out at the interim results.

Matthew Weiner, Chief Executive, said: "The sale of this site takes development and trading profits in the year to date to GBP30 million with further gains expected in the next few months to the end of the financial year."
