                  Petraco debt restructuring - results of EGM 
 
Urals Energy, the AIM listed independent exploration and production company with 
operations in Russia, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put to 
shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today have been 
passed. 
 
As a result the restructuring agreement between Urals Energy with Petraco Oil 
Company Limited (the "Restructuring Agreement") has become unconditional. 
 
Further details of the Restructuring Agreement are contained in the letter to 
shareholders dated 12 April 2010.
