UTEK Corporation Announces Launch of Corporate Innovation Webinar and Recent 
Operational Developments

Alternext & LSE-AIM : UTK), a leading innovation services company, is pleased 
to announce the launch of a new webinar series on innovation as well as select 
corporate developments. 
 
 
In these tough economic times, it is imperative for companies to become better 
innovators. To address this need, today we are announcing the introduction of a 
webinar series on Corporate Innovation, which UTEK will be sponsoring. 
Additional details of this offering are to follow in the coming days, but we are 
enthused to have Gary Hamel, a founder of Strategos, as our first speaker. The 
Wall Street Journal recently ranked Gary Hamel as one of the most influential 
business thinkers in the world and we are pleased that he will be the first 
headline speaker in the series on February 12, 2009. In addition to the webinar
