Completion of Dunlop Flooring Acquisition

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floor coverings, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 14 December 2016, all the conditions precedent pertaining to the acquisition of Dunlop Flooring ("Dunlop"), the Australian underlay and hard wood flooring manufacturer and distributor, have now been duly fulfilled. The acquisition has been funded from Victoria's cash and existing debt facilities.

Geoff Wilding, Chairman of Victoria PLC, commented:

"I am delighted to announce the completion of the acquisition of Dunlop, which complements our existing Australian operations and is in line with our growth strategy of buying profitable and growing flooring businesses that are earnings accretive.
