                                  New Contract


Visual Defence Inc. (LSE:VDI), the security convergence company, is pleased to
announce that on 30 November 2007 the Company, along with its 50 per cent. owned
subsidiary, AviSecure Inc. ("AviSecure"), signed a contract with the government
of an African country expected to be worth between $USD 140 million and $USD 250
million over 25 years. The contract is for a Build-Operate-Transfer ("BOT")
passenger safety and security screening project at the country's principal
airport. This announcement follows the contract negotiations statement made in
Visual Defence's 2006 year-end financial results released in April 2007.


The airport's passenger safety and security screening BOT project encompasses
risk assessment, security strategy development and complete strategy
implementation including procuring, installing and integrating identified
security technology, as well as hiring, training and managing airport security
personnel. AviSecure, the jointly owned subsidiary of Visual Defence and its
Canadian partner, SkyLink Security, will oversee the project management and
general airport security administration. Following logistics and training, the
current project is expected to be in full operation within six months.

airport passenger volume is time delays and congestion caused by multiple

centrally-managed airport security is the key to increasing passenger volume and
revenue. For this airport, the joint solution between Visual Defence and
AviSecure will not only provide the software platform for technology, vendor and
systems convergence but will also provide the personnel and training for
comprehensive risk mitigation. The airport expects that the solution will reduce
threats, enable streamlined security processes and significantly reduce
passenger wait time, leading to increased passenger traffic and revenue for the
airport."
