notified that the number of ordinary shares in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") and warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a price of US$1.998 per Ordinary Share
("Warrants") held by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited (and/or acting
for its affiliates) ("AAML") (through investment funds and client
accounts under management), represented less than 3% of the
Ordinary Shares in issue and less than 3% of the total number of
Warrants in issue, respectively, as of 13 March 2017.
