The Company announces that it has issued 90,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each 
in the pursuant to an exercise of warrants on 20 April 2010. It is expected that 
these shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 28 April 2010. 
 
After admission of these new shares, the Company will have 65,848,237 Ordinary 
Shares in issue.
