Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today of the following transaction by Sean Kin Wai Lam, Chief Executive Officer, of the Company.

On 12 March 2019, Sean Kin Wai Lam purchased 54,000 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.35 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Sean Kin Wai Lam is 580,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
