    BOARD APPOINTMENT


    WFCA plc (AIM: WFCA.L), a leading regional advertising and marketing agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of William Jones
("Bill") to the Board as Media Director, with immediate effect.

    Bill (aged 56) has worked within the agency side of the communications industry for over thirty years and joined WFCA Integrated Limited
in 2004. Earlier in his career, Bill was employed within the marketing and advertising division of Unilever, was media director of three top
ten agencies and was a co-founder of MediaCom where he later rose to become Managing Director and Deputy Chairman.  

    Michael Richards, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

    "We are delighted to welcome Bill to the Board of Directors as he brings a wealth of business experience in the agency sector and has
been pivotal in developing the media division of WFCA. His expertise within the industry will prove invaluable as we continue to grow the
business".

    Bill has held no director appointments within the disclosure period.

    The Company was established in 1994 to create a full service advertising agency specialising in direct response advertising. The
business grew rapidly and was listed on AIM in January 2006.

    Significant growth was gained in April 2008 with the acquisition of WFCA Integrated Limited a Tunbridge Wells based full service agency
originally founded in 1996. With the Company's aim of building the business and accelerating growth this resulted in the achievement of
gaining 30th place in the UK agency rankings published by Neilsen in February 2008, together with other significant achievements within the
industry.

    The Company has a broad client list featuring household names and is able to provide a full advertising and marketing service.
