                                  New Contract

AIM listed support services group The Wigmore Group plc is pleased to announce
that Speymill Contracts Limited, the Group's Leisure and Hotel Division, has
been awarded a contract by Scottish and Newcastle Retail.

Work is scheduled to start in late May on their Premier Lodge brand situated in
central Edinburgh. The project comprises of a fit out of a developers shell on
six floors to form 112 bedrooms including restaurant and bar facilities. The
contract period is 20 weeks and is worth in excess of #800,000.
