("ZincOx" or "the Company")

US$3.2 million Shaimerden final payment received

ZincOx has received the final deferred payment of US$3,171,005 (GBP2.1 million) as stipulated under the Shaimerden zinc deposit sale agreement.

This payment represents the final 9,826 tonnes of the 200,000 tonnes of zinc covered by the agreement. The amount reflects the average zinc price for 2010, which was US$2,159 per tonne.

The payment will be made available for working capital as the company continues to develop its recycling project in Korea.
