Board
Changes
Mortgage Chat (AQSE: MCAI) announces
the following changes to its Board of Directors.
The following board changes will be
made effective immediately.

Franklin Derek Lew (known as Derek Lew) will be
joining the board as an Executive Director;

Peter Wall, Philipp Kallerhoff and Sarah Gow will
step down from the Board;
-
Jeremy Woodgate will remain on the Board as
Independent Non-Executive Director.
Additionally, the Company intends to
review its business strategy and name, and further announcements
will be made in due course, updating the market and shareholders on
any changes.
Derek Lew's Biography
Derek Lew is a venture capital
investor and is the President and CEO of Growthworks Capital
Limited, a partner with Initio Capital Group Inc., a Vancouver BC
early-stage angel investment firm, and a lawyer experienced in the
areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law. Derek is a
director of the Frank and Joan Lew Charitable Trust and the FJL
Housing Society. He is a member of the Law Society of British
Columbia and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British
Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of
Alberta.
The
