Admission to Trading of New Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement of 13 May 2020 of the completion of
a placing of 575,000 ordinary 2p shares, the Company confirms that
the application to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market for
admission of the new shares was successful. Dealings will commence
at 8.00am today.
Directors Share Holdings
Following his participation in the placing, the holding by G V
Lyon, Chairman has increased from 40,000 to 65,000 shares and this
is included in the table below which displays the updated
percentage holdings by the Board:
