("Cantor") that, as at 23 January 2004, Cantor is interested in, and is the
registered holder of, 2,870,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 2p each
in the Company, representing 3.21 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital.
