LONDON--Coal bed methane producer Tlou Energy Ltd. (TLOU.LN) said Tuesday it has renewed a co-operation agreement with General Electric Co. (GE) and IK Holdings Pty Ltd. to provide technical support and share infrastructure associated with gas-fired power-generation projects in Botswana.

The agreement is set to expire on Nov. 30 and provides a co-operation framework so that each company can finalize the tender processes and approvals for each of their projects.

Tlou is constructing a 50 megawatt gas-fired power plant in Botswana while IK Holdings and General Electric are developing a 300MW gas-fired power plant in the country.
