The Company was notified on 23 June 2003 that Mr R A Billett has an interest in
3,805,447 ordinary 10p shares ("Ordinary Shares") representing 4.29 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr Billett is an employee of
the Company and he obtained his interest as a result of the Company's
acquisition of Radan Computational Limited (of which he was the principal
shareholder) on 17 April 2003.
