Brumley has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Brumley was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer in April of this year. Ms. Brumley joined the company in November 2005. She has over 25 years experience in finance and is a C.P.A. Before joining Bristow, Ms. Brumley was the Vice President and Controller of Noble Drilling Services, Inc. Earlier, she served in various positions of increasing management responsibility at MAXXAM Inc. where she ultimately became Vice President and Controller in December 2003. William E.
