                          Directors dealing disclosure


C&M has completed the Placing and Open Offer that was announced on 24 October
2003. Accordingly, the 5,050,521 new ordinary shares were admitted to the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange yesterday morning. As
a result of the Placing and Open Offer, C&M now has 23,990,249 ordinary shares
in issue.

In accordance with its obligations under the Listing Rules, C&M hereby discloses
