D. Medical Industries Ltd. (the " Company ") announces that Mr. Shai Beilis has resigned from his position as a director of the Company. Mr. Beilis notified the Company that his decision to resign came in light of some new commitments he undertook, as well as the Company's recent strategic reorganization and its announced plan to reduce the size of its board of directors in order to decrease its ongoing cash burn. The Company accepted his resignation and thanked Mr. Beilis for his significant contribution to the Company, as well as his willingness to resign in order to assist the Company in reducing the size of its board of directors.
