On September 8, 2022, Dynatronics Corporation issued a press release to announce that it would release its earnings and results of operations of its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 on September 22, 2022 and hold a conference call and webcast with management to discuss the results. A copy of the release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
