Jack Welch to Headline Geac ALLIANCE2005 Conference Hundreds of
finance and technology executives will gather in Orlando May 8-11
to share their successes, discover new performance management

Welch will headline the roster of speakers at ALLIANCE2005,
Geac's(R) (TSX: GAC, NASDAQ: GEAC) annual conference being held
this year in Orlando, Florida, May 8-11. In a moderated question-
and-answer session before finance and technology executives from
hundreds of organizations expected to attend ALLIANCE2005, Mr.
Welch will draw upon his vast knowledge and experiences in the
corporate world, as well as touch upon topics addressed in his new
book, Winning, due to be published in April 2005. Attendees at
ALLIANCE2005 will have multiple opportunities to network with Geac
