Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 25, 2008, Quest Energy Partners, L.P. issued a press release announcing that on May 15, 2008, it will pay a cash distribution of $0.41 for the first quarter of 2008 for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 5, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
