RCN Corporation (NASDAQ: RCNI) announced today that NTV America and FRANCE 24 are now available in all of RCN's markets and that it has added five new Hispanic channels to its lineup. The channels, Bandamax, De Película Clásico, TV Chile and Enlace TBN USA will be available as part of RCN's MiVisión Lite, MiVisión Plus and El Paquetón Hispanic program packages. The fifth channel, Gran Cine, will be available exclusively as part of the MiVisión Plus package.

It is available for $28.95 per month if purchased as part of the Russian Package or $15.95 per month a la carte. The Russian Package includes NTV America, Channel One Russia, RTVI, RTVI Plus and RTN and is now available in all RCN markets.

FRANCE 24, an international news channel based in Paris and broadcasting in English, provides the French perspective on world news. Its programming includes special reports and commentary on international current events that reveal facts to the public. FRANCE 24's main mission is to provide the public with the full story on any international event through debate, diversity of opinion and thorough analysis. The channel is available to all RCN cable video subscribers on channel 54 in New York, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, Boston and Chicago and on channel 36 in DC.

RCN also launched five new Hispanic channels today: Bandamax, De Película Clásico, TV Chile, Enlace TBN USA and Gran Cine. TuTv distributes Bandamax and De Película Clásico, while Olympusat distributes TV Chile, Enlace TBN USA and Gran Cine. All five channels are now part of RCN's line-up of more than 40 spectacular Hispanic channels. Bandamax, De Película Clásico, TV Chile and Enlace TBN USA are available as part of the MiVisión Lite Package for $12.00 per month, the El Paquetón Package for $35.00 per month and the MiVisión Plus Package for $22.95 per month. Gran Cine will exclusively be available in the MiVisión Plus Package.

Bandamax is the most widely distributed network in the U.S. exclusively dedicated to the most popular Latin music category, regional Mexican. Bandamax produces original programming in Mexico City and on location from concerts, rodeos, seaside and rural locations as well as haciendas all over Mexico. Bandamax can be viewed on channel 554 in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York and Philadelphia and on channel 799 in Lehigh Valley.

De Película Clásico is a classic movie channel, incorporating movies from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s, representing the "Golden Era" of Mexican film making. The movies cover the genres of drama, romance, action and comedy, all of which are very family-friendly. It will be shown on channel 549 in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York and Philadelphia and on channel 791 in Lehigh Valley.

TV Chile airs more than 18 hours of live programming daily, TV Chile is the general entertainment network designed with the family in mind, highlighted by weekly championship Chilean Soccer League matches, news, series, travel documentaries and telenovelas featuring an outstanding cast, whose dramatic productions captivate the audience of Chileans and Hispanics everywhere. It will be available on channel 561 in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York and Philadelphia and on channel 817 in Lehigh Valley.

Enlace TBN USA is America's most-watched Hispanic faith network, featuring over 80 original programs from the most respected Christian leaders from Mexico, Central and South America and US Latinos. The channel features family-friendly children's programs, talk shows, music videos, concert and church services that are entertaining, enjoyable and valuable to get the most out of life. Enlace TBN USA will be shown on channel 574 in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York and Philadelphia and on channel 784 in Lehigh Valley.

Gran Cine is the contemporary commercial-free movie network loaded with a wide range of original Spanish-language recent blockbusters as well as compelling dramas and series from across the U.S., Mexico and Latin America. Never dubbed or offered in SAP, the majority of Gran Cine movies are U.S. premieres, produced entirely in Spanish. Gran Cine will be available on channel 585 in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York and Philadelphia and on channel 790 in Lehigh Valley.
