Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 13, 2019, Timothy Haines tendered his resignation to the Board
of Directors (the Board) of Sientra, Inc. (the Company) and all committees and subsidiaries thereof, effective immediately, in order to focus on other business and professional commitments. Mr. Haines decision to
resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies, or practices.
