He has more than 20 years of experience in financial and treasury positions with Ford Motor Co. and Visteon, and for the past four years has been controller for Visteon's global customer groups. Before that, he was director of financial strategy for Visteon's treasurer's office. "Steve is an extremely qualified and experienced financial leader, whose knowledge of our company and the global automotive industry will benefit Visteon and our key stakeholders," Quigley said. Ward has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Indiana University.
