Blick plc announces today that following its becoming a subsidiary of The
Stanley Works the following changes to its Board have taken place:


Nick Temple, Christopher Eugster, Anthony Simonds-Gooding and Martin Clark (all
non-executive directors) have with effect from today resigned.


Justin Boswell, Bruce Beatt, Donald Allan, Craig Douglas and Gerry Gould have
with effect from today been appointed as non-executive directors.
