Accuvant and FishNet Security Make Strategic Executive Hire to Support Long-Term Growth

Newly Created Position of Chief Information Officer --
Accuvant and FishNet Security, which recently joined together to
create the nation’s premier cyber security solutions provider,
today announced the appointment of 23-year IT industry veteran
Anthony Crutcher as chief information officer (CIO).
In this newly created role, Crutcher is responsible for
spearheading the combined company’s information technology vision,
strategy and execution in support of its growing client base,
employee base and partner ecosystem, as well as its expanding
geographic footprint. Crutcher joins Accuvant and FishNet Security
from Sitel, where he served as senior vice president and chief
technology officer. He reports to president and chief operating
officer Mark Williams.

A seasoned executive leader with significant experience working
for global and enterprise Fortune 1000 companies, Crutcher is known
for achieving competitive advantages and business enablement
through IT strategy, and leading IT operations that minimize risk,
maximize return, and build current and future business value. While
at Sitel, a global business process outsourcing leader, he led a
staff of more than 450 employees around the world supporting
infrastructure, applications, operations, security and shared
services. He also was an executive stakeholder in the
implementation of global compliance programs for PCI and
Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and served as an active member of the
internal audit committee, driving improvements on financial systems
and IT general controls. Crutcher previously held information
technology and operations positions of increasing responsibility
with companies such as Etelcare Global Solutions (now Stream Global
Services), Ernst & Young, Comcast Corporation, Qwest
Communications (now Century Link), and MCI Communications (now
Verizon).
Crutcher earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from
Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in business
administration from the University of Southern California.
