KKR Taps Banks to Help With Hensoldt Float, Sources Say -Reuters

--KKR & Co. Inc. (KKR) has tapped J.P. Morgan and Bank of
America to help it with a stock market flotation of German defense
company Hensoldt, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing "people close to
the matter."
--The deal, which could see 20% to 30% of the German company
listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange, may take place in the
second quarter of next year and could value Hensoldt at around $2.2
billion, the report said.
--KKR, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America either declined comment
or had no immediate comment, the report said.
