-- Mead Johnson Nutrition Co., an infant-formula maker based in
Glenview, Ill., said Chief Financial Officer Peter Leemputte will
leave the company for personal reasons. Charles Urbain, the
company's chief development officer, will be interim CFO.
-- Under Armour Inc., a Baltimore-based athletic apparel and
footwear company, gave CFO Brad Dickerson the added role of chief
operating officer. He succeeds Kip Fulks, who was named president
of footwear and innovation at the company.
-- Marathon Petroleum Corp., a petroleum-products refiner based
in Findlay, Ohio, named Timothy Griffith CFO. Mr. Griffith, who was
previously in charge of investor relations, succeeds Donald
Templin, who was named an executive vice president for supply,
transportation and marketing.
-- Chambers Street Properties, a real-estate investment trust
based in Princeton, N.J., appointed Martin Reid interim president
and chief executive, succeeding Jack Cuneo. Mr. Reid will continue
to be chief financial officer. Chambers Street said in November
that Mr. Cuneo would retire when "an interim or permanent" CEO was
named.
