(NYSE:BSX) has filed a lawsuit for patent infringement. The
lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the District
of Delaware, alleges that Nevro is
infringing Boston Scientific's patents covering technology related
to stimulation leads, batteries, and telemetry units.
Previously, on November 28, 2016,
Nevro had filed a patent lawsuit against Boston Scientific
asserting Boston Scientific infringes Nevro's patents covering its
groundbreaking Senza® system and HF10™ therapy.
