-- Raytheon Co., an engineering-technology company based in
Waltham, Mass., named Anthony O'Brien chief financial officer. Mr.
O'Brien, vice president and CFO of the firm's Integrated Defense
Systems business, will succeed David Wajsgras, who will become
president of Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services.
-- Lululemon Athletica Inc., a Vancouver-based athletic-apparel
company, tapped Stuart Haselden as CFO to succeed John Currie. Mr.
Haselden was previously finance chief at J. Crew Group Inc.
-- ARM Holdings PLC, a semiconductor company based in Cambridge,
England, appointed Chris Kennedy CFO. Mr. Kennedy is finance chief
at easyJet PLC. He will succeed Tim Score, who will retire.
-- Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp., a biopharmaceutical company
based in Novato, Calif., designated Michael Smith as CFO. Mr. Smith
was previously chief financial and business adviser for Catalyst
Biosciences, a closely held clinical-stage company.
