Motorsports driver Jeff Gordon, a four-time NEXTEL Cup Champion,
won the UAW-Ford 500 at Talladega Superspeedway and the Bank of
America 500 at Lowe's Motor Speedway to take the lead in the Chase.
Teammate Jimmie Johnson, the 2006 NEXTEL Cup champion, finished
second at Talladega and holds the number two position in the Chase
