As of January 15, 2020, Brian T. Vaclavik,
Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Tailored Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) has decided to explore
new career opportunities outside of the Company. Mr. Vaclavik’s last day with the Company will be April 3, 2020. Mr. Vaclavik’s
departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Board or with the Company’s management.
