Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade
actively in Monday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker
reflect movements during regular trading hours.
Twitter: Elliott Management Corp., the activist hedge fund, has
nominated four directors to the board of Twitter, setting the stage
for a potential showdown. The stock was up almost 7% in off-hours
trading.
Harley-Davidson: The motorcycle maker's chief executive, Matt
Levatich, resigned Friday.
American Express: Some AmEx salespeople strong-armed customers
to boost card sign-ups, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Mylan: The stock was up 4.7% in off-hours trading ahead of the
opening bell, as drugmakers flag the impact coronavirus could have
on business.
