Mr. Bo Nie -- Group General Manager With more than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Nie joined the Company from Anlac Dairy, Fonterra Co-operative Group's ("Fonterra") joint venture in China. Mr. Nie's work experience also includes serving as the General Sales Manager of the milk powder products department of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group (SHA: 600887) ("Yili") from 2003 to 2006. In this position, Mr. Nie was responsible for the implementation of Yili's sales and marketing strategy. Mr. Nie received his Bachelor's Degree in Thermal Engineering from the Central South University in China. Mr. Lewis (Li-Wei) Pan -- Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mr. Pan has more than 7 years of experience in the consumer product industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Pan worked as the Group Product Manager in Colgate Palmolive New Zealand (NYSE:CL), where he oversaw the launch of more than ten products in the toothbrush category. From 2000 to 2005, he held various positions in Fonterra Co-operative Group, including Brand Manager, Project Leader and Marketing Analyst. At Fonterra, Mr. Pan oversaw advertising and promotion activities for brands including Fernleaf, Anlene and Chesdale, and helped grow Fonterra's market share. Mr. Pan received his Master's Degree with honors in Genetics from Massey University, New Zealand and his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Genetics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Dr. Tingqing Zhang -- General Manager of Dairy Farms Dr. Zhang brings to the Company more than 20 years of experience in the dairy industry, including expertise in modern dairy breeding. Dr. Zhang joined the Company from Cooperative Resource International (CRI), where he served as the Chief Technical Expert since 2006. In this position, Dr. Zhang prepared various mating plans using international bull data bank for CRI customers in China and provided high genetic merit breeding embryos for bull stations in China. In 2001, he founded America-China Dairy Technology to advise companies in building and design of dairy farms. He also advised the Chinese government in connection with a variety of projects, including improving profitability for the dairy industry, developing standard operating procedures to ensure quality and marketability of raw milk, and establishing an environmental protection policy for the dairy industry. From 1997 to 2001, he worked in various dairy farms in Guangzhou, China and Minnesota, USA, with scales ranging from 400 milk cows to 2,000 milk cows. His responsibilities included managing the health, breeding, and vaccination programs for the herd to optimize the output. Dr. Zhang received his Doctoral Degree in Theriogenology from College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Minnesota and his Master's Degree in Agriculture from Northwestern University of Agriculture in Shaanxi, China. Ms. Tianli Wang -- Manager of Research and Development Ms. Wang brings to the Company more than 15 years of experience in dairy food technology research. Prior to joining the Company, she worked as Project Manager in the research and development department of Unitech Industries Ltd. In this position, she led a variety of projects, including ultra-high temperature (UHT) milk fortified with multiple vitamins and minerals, infant formula and functional drinks. From 2000 to 2004, she worked as a researcher in the research and development department in Fonterra Co-operative Group, where she specialized in the development of infant formula, cheese and fermented milk products. Ms. Wang received her Master's Degree in Food Science from University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master's Degree in Nutrition from Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
