                    Disposal of non core assets in Mallorca

Artisan (UK) plc, today announced the sale of its commercial property interests
in Santa Ponsa, Mallorca for #1.431 million (euro 2.075 million), before costs
and taxes.

The properties, which comprised of newly developed commercial units, were
acquired last year at a nominal cost of #1.357 million in a transaction
involving settlement of an outstanding third-party loan note, which was due to
the Company.

As part of this transaction bank debt of euro 970,000 has been repaid.

Martyn Freeman, Chief Executive of Artisan (UK) plc, commented:

"I am delighted to have completed the sale of these non-core assets. This is a
further milestone in our ongoing policy to further develop our core underlying
business. As a result of this transaction borrowings will be reduced, providing
further funds for expansion."
