                        GRANT OF DIRECTOR SHARE OPTIONS

hot group announces that on 12 November 2003, Anthony Reeves, Stephen Wright and
Harvey Sinclair, all directors of the Company, were each granted options over
750,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), under the
Company's EMI Approved Share Option Plan. These options were granted at an
exercise price of 19.75 pence per Share and are exercisable between November
2006 and November 2013.
