ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for the admission of 3,825,120 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
Seymour Pierce Group plc. These have been issued to satisfy obligations of
Farlake Group PLC, a subsidiary company, to the vendors of the business of MDA
Investment Management Ltd, as referred to in note 9 of the March 2002 Interim
Report. Dealings are expected to commence on Wednesday 30th April.
